Accessibility
Book the access you need when you book the seat. The Festival's own page is the one that changes; this is a reading of it.
- Wireless hearing-assistance receivers are t-coil compatible. Reserve them when you book.
- Audio-described, ASL-interpreted and open-captioned performances run on selected dates.
- Relaxed performances are offered. In 2027, Mary Poppins has one on August 11 and Anne of Green Gables on September 17.
- Special-access seating is available, and accessible parking should be pre-booked.
- Staff can't provide one-on-one physical assistance, so travel with a companion if you need help.
Relaxed performances
- Mary Poppins: August 11, 2027
- Anne of Green Gables: September 17, 2027
The town, on foot
Downtown sidewalks are mostly flat. The river paths are the pleasant route between the Tom Patterson and the Avon, but they are not all paved to the same standard. The Studio's auditorium is steeply raked. If step-free matters, ask the box office before you buy, and pre-book accessible parking at the Tom Patterson — it is limited.
